1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

According to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L L. 119 4.5.2016) hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", it is hereby informed that the Administrator of personal data is a competent, below-mentioned Company having business links, according to determinations within the scope of goals and methods of personal data processing taken thereby.
The Administrator may obtain the following personal data: first and last name, position, company, e-mail address, phone number. Personal data will be processed with prior approval of persons providing his/her details according to Article 6 passage 1 letter a of GDPR and disclosed to the Companies according to Article 6, passage 1 letter f of GDPR for the purpose of handling queries directed to the Companies with regard to issues and services offered at www.partnerspol.pl, using dedicated Forms in the CUSTOMER ZONE tab. Specification of data is voluntary, however, necessary to provide answers to questions asked. Transfer of data does not constitute a considerable threat for freedoms and privacy of people, since their provision is necessary for the purpose of preparing an answer, and persons making queries are interested in obtaining answers.
Below listed companies having business links and affiliated by ownership, jointly agreed to goals and methods of data processing, in accordance with Article 26, passage 1 of GDPR:

For the purpose of implementing common arrangements Made by the Companies mentioned above on determined purposes, they can share obtained personal data between one another. However, sharing should fulfil the processing necessity requirements. The basis for sharing data is legally justified interest of the Administrator, as defined by Article 6, passage 1 letter f of GDPR, resulting from business needs, which are answers to questions submitted by a potential Client interested in the offer of the Companies presented on the website.
It is assumed that personal data obtained via the FORM available in the CUSTOMER ZONE tab should be verified with regard to the justified character of further processing after the period of 12 months inactivity of this person with regard to the use of business contacts to the aforementioned Administrators.
The CAREER tab given the possibility to obtain personal data of candidates to work in the Companies. This data will be processed by Partners Team Sp. z o.o. based in Łowicz (address: 99-400 Łowicz, ul. Katarzynów 17), as defined by Article 6, passage 1, item a of GDPR, solely for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes. Specified personal data will be shared with the Companies having business links, that adopted the determinations concerning co-administration of personal data in accordance with Article 26, passage 1 of GDPR, in order to assess the suitability of a candidate for implementation of tasks of a given Company.
A person, to whom data relates to has the right to: demand access to personal data, its correction, removal or limitation in its processing; submit an objection against processing of personal data; transfer personal data; withdraw his/her permission to process specified personal data at any time, without effect on compliance with the law of personal data processing made on the basis of his/her consent prior to the withdrawal. He/she has the right to file a complaint to the supervision authority.
Processed personal data will not be subject to profiling or any automated decision making process.
